TRSExporter Program
The TRSExporter program is designed to combine dissimilar
ADD4PC, Copy Audit, Copy Audit "Touch" and/or Print Audit
versions 4 & 5 databases to produce one
data file for import into your billing
software.
TRSExporter currently exports to :
- Tabs3
- Timeslips
- Juris
- Omega
The TRSExporter program can be configured to summarize Copy
Audit, Copy Audit "Touch" Print audit and/or ADD4PC data prior to importing into
your Time & Billing software.
Data can be summarized by date or for the entire collection
period. Of course detailed records can also be generated,
listing every transaction as a separate record.
The file generated by TRSExporter can be configured to include,
or omit, user-defined descriptions for each transaction type.
For example, "23 pages copied at .20 per page" or "12 fax pages,
totaling $3.40".
User-defined descriptions can be output for some transaction
types (copies and fax transactions, for example) yet left blank for
other transaction types ( For example print jobs and postage
transactions).
Further, the TRSExporter program can treat photocopying charges
from Copy Audit, Copy Audit "Touch" and/or ADD4PC and print jobs tracked by Print Audit,
as the same type of transaction. Or, each different transaction type
can be assigned a unique expense code.
