Keyswitch to Control System cable - this cable connects to the back of the TRS Copier Control unit and to the LED side of the keyswitch.

Keyswitch LED - The LED on the keyswitch will flash with each copy made, when properly connected.  The cable coming from the TRS Copier Control unit connects to the LED side of the keyswitch.

Keyswitch - the position of the keyswitch determines whether the TRS Copier Control unit will allow copies to be made.

In the "normal" position, shown above, a user must enter data into the TRS Copier Control unit to access the copier.

When the keyswitch is turned, in-line with the split in the keyswitch enclosure, the TRS Copier Control unit is in a "by-pass" mode.  Copies can be made without entering data into the Copier Control unit. In most cases, the Copier Control unit will count the copies made when in by-pass if the user enters data into the Copier Control unit.
