"Invalid Code" or "Invalid PIN code"

"Invalid PIN Code" or "Invalid Code" messages appear when a code has been entered in the Copy Audit control system that is not in the validation table in the Copy Audit Print Audit program.

To add new client codes in the Copy Audit Print Audit program, go to Administrator|File|New|Custom Field Value and add the new client code.

To add new user (pin) codes in the Copy Audit Print Audit program, go to Administrator|File|New|User and add the new user (pin) code.
