step 1>>>Copy Audit system will not enable copier.

Check for bent pins on each side of the keyswitch. Remove the copier cable from the keyswitch.  Look into the keyswitch.  Check to see that no pins are bent.  Repeat this procedure for the opposite side of the keyswitch, removing the keyswitch module cable.

Reattach all connections and test the system.

step 2>>>Copy Audit system will not enable copier.

Remove the copier interface cable from the keyswitch.

Look closely at the connections within the 12-position connector. If any of the wires within the connector have come loose or are detached, contact Transaction Recovery Systems.
