This message indicates the Copy Audit unit is not connected to the Copy Audit database.
Go into Print Audit Administrator. Click on the Copy Audit icon. Check the Status column.
If the status is "Offline", click the Start button.
If the Status is "Disconnected", check to see that the network cable on the Copy Audit is connected both to the back of the Copy Audit and the network wall jack.
If the "Disconnected" status message remains, contact your TRS Representative
