New PC has no serial port.  Is there a USB solution?

When a PC has no serial port, a USB to RS-232 converter can be used. 

We recommend the CommFront.com Model USB-232-1 converter.

The commfront converter typically sets up on com 3.  However, this is a configured setting.  Make sure the com port setting in the ADD4PC program is the same. Go to Setup|Communication|Communication Port

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the ADD4PC program.
