ADD-4 displays "user does not exist" or "client does not exist".
"User does not exist" or "Client does not exist" message appears when a code has been entered in a validating ADD-4 control system that is not in the validation table in the ADD4PC Data Collection software.
In the ADD4PC Data Collection software, look in the User and Account tables. Add the codes and upload the tables to the ADD-4 unit.
To turn on/off the user/client validation features in the ADD-4:
Touch the blank white key on the ADD-4 unit. Enter your password. Touch the Enter key.
At the Enter Command prompt, enter "1". touch the Enter key.
The display shows "Validate Field 1?" Enter "Y" for yes to validate the Client field. Touch the Enter key. Enter "Y" at the "Are you sure?" prompt.
The display shows "Validate Field 2?" Enter "Y" for yes to validate the User field. Touch the Enter key. Enter "Y" at the "Are you sure?" prompt.
